Our Responsibility
In our estate, we make sure to keep our carbon footprint at low levels and we do not use
diesel engines. During pruning, the tree trimmings are not burnt; they are instead cut into
pieces with the use of specialized machinery. The trims are turned into compost, which are
then used as fertilizers for the trees, closing the recycling circle.

There is a solar park in our estate designed for the supply of power, which contributes significantly to the reduction of carbon monoxide by approximately 100 tons per year.
At the same time, the plants and grasses that exist around and under the trees, are used as nourishment by the two horses that graze freely in the estate since all plants and trees are pesticide-free.
In addition to the traditional way of caring for olive trees, we apply organic cultivation, certified by ΔΗΩ (DIO).
