We follow the “Farm to Fork” program and the instructions of the new EU Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) for the environmental footprint of carbon, contributing as much as we can to tackle the climate change.

Therefore, together with the above actions and the microclimate of the area, we create the ideal conditions for a healthy olive fruit, which after its daily harvest, is transferred to an organic certified olive mill for immediate processing by the process of cold pressing at room temperature.
